Kelsey L. Berndt

Associate

Kelsey Berndt is an associate with Jackson Buckley & Pfanenstiel, LLP. Kelsey represents clients in all aspects of family law, including high net worth divorces, custody conflicts, orders of protection, and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Kelsey has the experience and empathy to guide you towards a positive outcome in your case. Prior to joining Jackson Buckley & Pfanenstiel, LLP, Kelsey worked at a Chicago family law firm.

Kelsey graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in 2018. She then went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2021. While in law school, Kelsey served as an executive editor of the Arbitration Law Journal and was on the executive board of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society. Throughout law school, Kelsey gained experience in family law through internships with a legal aid clinic in Portland, Maine and the Penn State Law Family Law Clinic.

​In her free time, Kelsey enjoys reading and practicing yoga.
